Amazing hotel from the friendly staff and the amazing clean smell of the hotel as you enter in. Our room was small for a suite for our family of 4 but comfortable. The only issues I had were the lack of extra linen in rooms when we arrived…. Never had enough blankets and sheets pillows. The bedding is fine for people who are always hot but very thin for my liking. Also had spots of some kind on them. Also no usb port for phone and tablets which was very disappointing since lessen hotels have them. Pool are was clean and excellent for my kids to swim in peace. The hotel it’s self was very family friendly and definitely a win win for or weekend getaway.

The hotel was nice. Beds were comfortable, room was good size and comfortable. Shower was hot. Hotel offers a good selection for breakfast and a great happy hour. We ordered room service and the food was good (hot and seasoned well). The area is a little on the outskirts of downtown Charlotte (about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic).

I live in Charlotte, so this was pretty much a "Staycation" of sorts. I was there to attend a church Women's Event which started on Friday with Meet & Greet and Saturday Conference. The room and conference space was wonderful.

The room/suite was clean and very roomy. I liked the walk-in shower since my husband is disabled. The made to order breakfast was Delicious! We enjoyed our stay!
